Security is a big issue on websites and therefor we offer a Joomla maintenance service.
If you have a Joomla 1.5 or higher website we can keep it up to date and secure for you.
We found most people leave the website the way it was build and create not only a security risk for themselves but also for other people on the server.
It is in everybody's interest to keep sites secure and locked down.

The basic service includes:

  1. Installation of backup and security software on your site. We keep those up to date.

  2. Checks of file and folder permission to avoid security leaks.

  3. Joomla updates the moment they get released. We immediately install the latest versions of the core Joomla site files.
  4. Monthly backup from the site and the Database, (higher frequencies available)
The backup is stored in a different location and makes it easy and quick to place the site back or move it to another server.
(This is not the same as a full hosting backup, this is a separate item and has to be done by the user but is also available on request.)

Optional extensions:

  1. Keep other components up to date, like Docman and Acymailing.
  2. Lock down files and folders on servers on a regular base.
  3. Make full site backups, everyday, every week or every month to an external server. This will include website, email and settings.

The price for the basic package is 50 euro's a year.
The optionals are depending on the what has to be done and the size of the hosting package.
